Order Placement

  • Order Manager
    The Order Manager supports the advisor in placing orders within the scope of the respective business process. Orders are created directly in the Portfolio Management Process or from the Advisory Process. The Order Manager supports the following order types:
    • Single order
    • Collective order
    • Block order
  • 4-Eyes Principle
    Approvals based on the four eyes principle can be defined using different roles. When released, the order status is displayed for each order in the respective process. The order is forwarded to the custodian bank separately via our Realtime FIX Gateway.
  • Mass Processing
    The corresponding process remains open until all orders have been processed completely.

Order Book

  • Overview
    The order book displays the status of the active orders including partial executions (limited only by user rights). The clear display can be filtered according to various criteria (ISIN, custodian bank, portfolio etc.).
  • Editing
    The order book allows you to execute corresponding actions (cancel, change and adjust limits or additions) to the order depending on your individual user rights.
  • Entry and Control
    It is also possible to place individual orders outside the business processes. These are then assigned with the respective hard and soft blocks by the compliance control.
  • Search
    Searching the order history is extended by period.
  • Matching with Custodian Bank
    The order process is not completed until the order has been successfully matched against the deposit transaction received from the bank
